I am an experienced employment law barrister and mediator. I have sat as an employment judge for the past 11 years.

I provide representation to employers and employees in the employment tribunal. This work includes drafting pleadings, providing advice on merits and compensation and delivering advocacy services to the judge and tribunal panel who may be hearing the case.

I know first hand how stressful tribunal proceedings can be and no result is ever guaranteed. I work with people to achieve the best settlement of their dispute. I am able to advise on settlement agreements and can assist people to achieve settlement upon termination of their employment or after they have presented a claim to the employment tribunal. I also offer mediation services to employers and employees.
